Who is Ali Gal?
Who is Ali Gal?
Hi, I’m Ali
Trying to create a precise description of myself that fits neatly into a blog post? Well, that seems like a ridiculous task…and truthfully, goes against the point of Ali Gal.
As women we have a whole history of being put into boxes and being limited by expectations of our appearance and behavior.
But what makes women so powerful is how multi-dimensional we are. We’re not one thing all the time, nor do we fit into predictable boxes. We’re fluid, and unpredictable, and that’s exactly the way we should be.
I feel as though I’m all the things, and all the contradictions as well. I’m an old soul and am always down for the ‘meaning of life’ conversations, AND I’m also ready to get weird, bust a move, and belt it out in my #kitchenclub.
But if you’re wondering, who is Ali Gal, here’s some from the highlight reel:
- demanding wife
- mom of 2 lovable shenanigan-inducers
- Yoga Teacher (taught for 10 years, been practicing for 15)
- holistic Nutrition Consultant, prior board certification by NANP
- certificate in the Psychology of Eating
- current sister of a Priestess Mystery School
- believer in angels and the power of intuition
- cardio dance enthusiast with breakdancing goals
- pop singer in a former life
- wannabe interior designer with maximalist tendencies
- clean living advocate
- empath, especially in regards to the earth, marginalized groups, and elderly men who go grocery shopping by themselves
- conscious of my privilege and striving to use it to do better
Bold self-expression of all the sides of me fires me up!
